Job Duties: As a Patient Care Coordinator, your responsibilities will include: - Greeting patients with a positive attitude, ready to help solve their needs - Handling inbound marketing calls and reaching out to patients proactively - Coordinating hearing care providers' schedules - Verifying patient insurance benefits and coverage - Maintaining accurate records in practice management software - Managing daily, weekly, and monthly reports - Engaging in community outreach events and health fairs Requirements: To qualify for this position, you should have the following: - High School diploma - Clear, strong voice with an energetic and outgoing personality - Excellent interpersonal skills for diverse patient interactions - 1-2+ years of office experience in a patient-driven industry - Familiarity with word processing and database software - Ability to efficiently manage a busy office environment Pay $18 - $21 / Hourly Plus - Monthly bonus potential Join Our Team!If you seek growth in a winning, employee-focused company, apply now!
