We specialize in residential staging projects in the area. We create highly desirable properties that appeal to a wide range of prospective buyers, which sell quickly and for more money than the competition. Responsibilities: • Research popular design trends and new developments in the industry and implement them in every design for our clients• Select and purchase furniture and equipment for each property, and oversee installation so staging is completed in a timely manner • Arrange for and attend all virtual tour photo shoots to help determine the best presentation of the property• Collaborate with project management on all construction/design projects in order to meet or exceed clients’ expectations • Help create brochures and flyers of the property that are appealing to clients to help ensure quick sale of the property• Collaborate with clients and team members to meet or exceed client expectations• Oversee additional furniture rentals and ensure timely and budget-friendly staging• Maintain owned furniture storage and inventory• Coordinate U-haul rentals and team support for furniture delivery to and from properties• Determine staging scope and timeline to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion• Create eye-catching in-home staging for quick property sales• Flexible schedule (Monday-Sunday) based on project needs• Manage furnishing and equipment selection, purchasing, and installation for timely staging• Schedule and attend photo shoots for appealing property photos• Coordinate construction and design projects to meet or exceed client expectations Qualifications: • Time management and strong organizational skills are essential• Ability to listen to a client’s needs and communicate potential solutions • License in Interior Design required; 2-3 years of Interior Design work experience preferred • Understanding of finishes and furniture systems• Current U.S. driver's license and ability to drive large moving vehicles• Passion for creating inspiring and eye-catching interior spaces• In-depth knowledge of affordable and functional furniture systems and finishes Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly DOE About Company: Join a team of humble, hard-working go-getters who embody a solution-focused attitude.
