Are you an experienced Sales Manager or Team Leader looking for more opportunities? Maybe you are an experienced sales agent/team leader who knows their strengths are managing, nurturing, teaching or holding others accountable, rather than selling. We have salespeople in our real estate office who need coaching, encouragement, and need accountability for goals. Your management objective is to increase the performance of each member of our sales team, specifically increasing the deals closed from each salesperson’s database/center of influence. Responsibilities: • Determine and assign sales quotas, targets, and/or goals. Project and forecast annual and quarterly revenue• Manage sales reports and adjust strategies as necessary• Motivate, teach and train agents, as well as hire and nurture new talent• Plan and direct sales team training• Work closely with marketing to develop new creative promotional intiatives• Recruit, train, and support new real estate agents• Onboard agents onto brokerage software and provide ongoing training and support• Support the team by creating monthly and quarterly meetings and events to foster a company culture• Track key monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics • Respond to incoming leads and pre-qualify them before passing them off to an agent• Convert qualified real estate leads by following up via phone calls and email while utilizing our CRM• Supervise contract compliance for all company realtors – document retention Qualifications: • Preferably have at least one year of sales manager/team leader experience• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal• Problem analysis and problem-solving• Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy• Strong technology background with the ability to learn and master new software• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills• Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Must possess an NYS real estate license or be in pursuit of a license• At least 3 years of relevant experience • In-office work required, with some evening and weekend responsibilities Compensation: $70,000+ at plan About Company: Monticello Real Estate is a boutique residential real estate firm with offices in Colonie and Saratoga Springs.
