Responsibilities: • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process• Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads• Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele• Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met• Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process• Team and individual sales• Lead generation• Follow the plan• Grow into listing or buyers agent• Master database and CRM campaigns• Set appointments• Execute appointments• Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills• Commission based role• Sales experience• Real estate license required Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 at plan About Company: Keller Williams Princeton is New Jersey’s most collaborative office.
