Job Title: Controller (Accounting)Job Description:We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and actively participating in all operations related to the accounting function. If you have a degree in accounting with a focus on cost accounting, a background in manufacturing environments, and possess the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities: Financial Oversight: Oversee and actively participate in all accounting operations. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Implement and maintain effective internal controls. Compliance: Stay updated and ensure compliance with Ohio sales tax laws. Communication and Collaboration: Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals. Skills and Qualifications: Possess a degree in accounting with an emphasis on cost accounting. 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing work environment is preferred. Strong working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Epicor ERP software is a plus. Solid computer skills.
