For more information, visit www.enesco.com _______________________________________________________________________________ Position Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and driven Graphic Designer with packaging and branding experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude and demonstrate professional expertise in Adobe programs. Experience is needed to develope packaging for a variety of products. This requires building around 300 packaging dielines per year . Knowledge in understanding production, printing and photography are a plus. Additionally, the candidate must excel in a collaborative team environment and effectively communicate with licensors and global factories. The primary role of the designer will be to work with our Eden Prairie team to create packaging throughout the year including logos, displayers, posters, magazine ads and any other print production needed. Designer will collaborate with the Creative Director to assist in establishing new designs for packaging and other materials. Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions) - Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions. - Conceptualize, design and execute visual assets across several brands (ie., packaging, print collateral, point-of-sale, etc.) - Develop designs for packaging and brand identities that align with the company guidelines, and if needed, licensed guidelines. - Help ideate on art direction for photography and branding. - Adapt and create designs to be presented for approval. - Collaborate with project managers regarding scheduled deadlines - Stay up to date on industry trends and best strategies to continually improve design quality and effectiveness. Skills & Abilities - Mac based hardware/software systems. - Advanced knowledge of Graphic Design Software: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat.) - Experience with packaging. - Knowledge of presentation layout software: Microsoft Power Point, Excel and Word. - Have excellent typographic and graphic design skills. - A strong eye for design composition and layout. - Knowledge of digital proofing. - Must have strong project management skills, the ability to strategize and manage multiple priorities, anticipate future projects, and coordinate strategies to meet deadlines. - Excellent communication and organization skills. Job Requirements Portfolio samples required (ability to demonstrate competency in layout, art direction, and typography in a portfolio) Education: Bachelor's in Graphic Design or equivalent Experience: 3-5 years as a graphic designer and experience operating on a Mac *Position will require working in office Monday - Thursday and remote on Fridays
