Position Summary: As an HVAC service technician, you will conduct maintenance and repairs on various residential and light commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems per company standards, ensuring a top-notch customer experience. Provide valuable feedback to the Service Manager on technical training needs, inventory, and retail pricing. The Ideal Candidate Will Possess: Minimum of 2 years of HVAC troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair experience in residential or commercial settings. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. The ability to follow directions, both written and verbal. Outstanding troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
