Come join our team! The Weston Group has an exciting new opportunity between 2 assisted living communities in Seattle and Lynwood WA. We arecurrently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our highly skilled staff to meet the needs of our seniors. Due to a rapidly growing need, we currently have Full Time, Part Time and PRN positions available! Job responsibilities include : Providing occupational therapy treatments, supervise treatments provided by certified occupational therapy assistants and revise treatment as needed Working closely with physician, other professionals and consultants to integrate occupational therapy into the multi-disciplinary team care plan Working with Community Residents, staff and management to identify all residents in need of skilled therapy Working directly with the resident, family members and staff to ensure the residents maximum functional ability is met and maintained Utilizing our Specific Best Practice Protocol and Specialized Programs to ensure that all residents receive the best services possible Communicating directly with residents physician, nurse practitioner, family, staff and facility management Directing and implementing programs specific to residents needs using standardized and formalized protocols Learning and utilizing telehealth as a tool to promote continuity of care Making a positive difference in the lives of residents and families entrusted to our care Qualified applicants will have : Current State licensure Current CPR licensure, TB Benefits Include : Comprehensive benefit package available to full time employees Please email your resume or any questions to XXXX@westongroupinc.com or call 484-544- 60 .
