About the jobWe are currently looking to hire a Strategy & Projects Finance Senior Analyst/Associate Manager! This is a key position within the Finance Organization to give support for the design and implementation of strategic projects, new business processes, and long-term vision for the business. This is a hybrid position with an expectation of 3 days per week onsite in Broomfield, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for: Responsible for the strategic plan of the company Co-lead cross-functional strategic projects with high financial impact Supporting product innovation by developing business cases for proposed products, challenging assumptions around volume, pricing, and input costs ensuring that new product launches are accretive to the P&L Lead the design of company ways of working to ensure process optimization and fluid decision making The base compensation range for this position is $70,000-110,000 commensurate with experience.About youBachelor level studies (Finance, Business administration, accounting, economics, engineering or similar preferred) 3-5 years of CPG Finance experience preferred Strong analytical skills (Excel, Power point, BI tools, SAP) Business acumen Proactive and constructive attitude Colorado based About usAt Horizon Organic, we're growing a culture of passionate people driven to do good for the horizon we all share.
