This pivotal role involves providing strategic guidance and leadership to our marketing team, ensuring the effective implementation of our strategies to meet organizational objectives. The Marketing Ambassador will also have the opportunity to participate in hands-on experiences, including travel to any of our 7 locations as part of our marketing activities, and engage in cross-functional projects to enhance their skills and expertise.Responsibilities: Lead immersive experiential marketing events, collaborating closely with clients and customers to craft unforgettable brand experiences. Direct small teams in the strategic planning and execution of live events, emphasizing clear communication, adaptability, and empathy. Serve as a liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring the seamless execution of event objectives with excellence and professionalism. Cultivate robust client relationships, discerning their needs and objectives to deliver tailored marketing solutions that drive tangible results. Navigate a dynamic work environment with agility and foresight, proactively addressing challenges and seizing opportunities for growth and innovation. Character: Courageous: Willing to push boundaries and take calculated risks to achieve breakthrough results. Empathetic: Able to connect with the emotions and needs of team members, clients, and customers. Intelligent: Possesses strong analytical skills, leveraging data and insights to inform strategic decisions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Demonstrated leadership experience in marketing roles, showcasing strategic acumen and effective team management. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. Passion for driving positive change and making a meaningful impact through marketing efforts. Experience in experiential marketing or event management is advantageous but not mandatory.
