Join our team as a Window Covering Sales Consultant in South Boston !Are you a talented interior designer with a flair for sales ? We're seeking a vibrant individual to join our team as a Window Covering Sales Consultant .In this role, you'll infuse your design expertise into driving sales and crafting exceptional experiences for our high-end clientele specializing in Shutters, Blinds, Shades, and Draperies . Our Benefits and Perks: Base Salary PLUS Commission - TRUE first-year earnings between $75k - $100k+ Paid in-depth training - earn commission as you learn ! Annual bonuses! Leads provided by the company with the ability to develop your own leads Health Insurance - 50% paid by the employer Retirement Savings - Simple IRA PTO and Paid Holidays Company vehicle and gas card provided for in-home consultations! Monday to Friday schedule - 9 am to 5 pm ( no weekends or holidays ) Your Day: Cultivate meaningful connections with clients during in-home consultations, guiding them through the design process with expertise and care Showcase your design finesse by conceptualizing and presenting custom window treatment solutions tailored to clients' unique styles and preferences Drive sales through compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and effective closing techniques Manage projects from initial consultation to installation, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction Provide ongoing support and communication to clients, surpassing their expectations at every turn Network and actively seek out new leads to expand the client base and drive business growth Your Background: 3+ years of successful sales experience within the interior design industry Experience selling custom window treatments preferred Exhibit strong sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities Prioritize client satisfaction and relationship building, delivering exceptional service at every interaction A valid Driver's License Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and navigate various home environments Apply Now!
