TITLE: MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (TELLER) STATUS: NON-EXEMPT DEPARTMENT: ELK GROVE BRANCH REPORTS TO: ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER PAY SCALE: $19.50 - $26.05 PER HOURSacramento Credit Union is seeking candidates who enjoy being of service to customers, possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to cross-sell products and services for our Member Service Representative (Teller) position at our Elk Grove branch. The 25-hour schedule is as follows:Monday: 12:15 pm - 5:15 pmTuesday: OFFWednesday 12:15 pm - 5:15 pmThursday 12:15 pm - 5:15 pmFriday: 1:15 pm - 6:15 pmSaturday 9:30-2:30 pm RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Assisting members with financial transactions (i.e. deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, transfers and other transactions) Advising members on the products and services of benefit to them Ensuring pertinent account information is updated. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or G.E.D. and related work experience normally obtained in a member service and cash handling position. Demonstrated ability to improve our members’ financial well-being via timely and relevant cross-sells. Ability to perform accurate math calculations and maintain records. Ability to perform accurate cash transactions. Ability to accurately use keyboard at speed required for successful job performance. Ability to communicate effectively and maintain effective working relationships. Demonstrated member service skills. Maintains good attendance record.
