The ideal candidate will possess superior academic credentials, strong oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as a team member.Duties:Represent clients in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, including Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 cases.Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide sound legal advice on bankruptcy and insolvency matters.Assist with the preparation and filing of bankruptcy petitions, motions, and other court documents.Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop case strategies and provide support in litigation.Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to facilitate the resolution of bankruptcy and insolvency issues.Stay current with changes in bankruptcy and insolvency laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide updated legal guidance to clients.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active and in good standing membership in the Delaware State Bar.1-3 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on bankruptcy and insolvency.Exceptional academic credentials, demonstrating a strong legal foundation.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and cases.Team player with a commitment to a strong work ethic and dedication to client service.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in the Delaware State Bar.Certifications (if applicable):Delaware State Bar membership in good standing.Skills:Legal research and analysis.Bankruptcy and insolvency law expertise.Drafting legal documents, including petitions, motions, and pleadings.Communication and negotiation skills.Time management and multitasking.Team collaboration and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of Delaware-specific bankruptcy and insolvency laws and regulations.
