Responsibilities: • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary• Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered• Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service• Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis• Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner• Follow the coaching team's plan of action• Attend weekly meetings• Attend coaching sessions• Lead generation• Database• CRM management• Team Player Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• Professional in attitude and appearance• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car• Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision• Commission opportunity • Good communication• A real estate license required Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan About Company: At KW Del Mar, we have lead systems, resources, a coaching team, and multiple office teams in place for San Diego real estate.
