Practice Area: Finance - General,Finance - Structured Finance, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 4 Years, A law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Structured Finance Associate Attorney for their Los Angeles, CA office.Job Overview:The Mid-Level Structured Finance Associate Attorney will provide legal counsel and support in structured finance matters, including securitization and CLO transactions. The ideal candidate will possess 4-6 years of relevant experience and be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential for success in this role.Duties:Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence efficiently and responsively.Provide timely, accurate, and quality work products.Successfully meet deadlines and expectations and perform work duties as required.Foster positive work relationships.Comply with all firm policies and practices.Engage in both physical and sedentary activity, such as:Working at a computer for extended periods of time, including on-screen reading and typing.Participating in digital/virtual conference calls.Participating in meetings as needed.Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.Requirements:4-6 years of relevant experience in structured finance, securitization, and CLO transactions.Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team.Big law firm experience preferred.Strong academic background from a nationally recognized school.Must be licensed to practice law in CA.Education Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar of California.Skills:Legal research and writing.Contract drafting and negotiation.Attention to detail and accuracy.Time management and organization.Communication and interpersonal skills.Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
