The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing abilities, outstanding academic credentials, and the capacity to handle numerous tasks with minimal supervision.Duties:Assist in all aspects of bankruptcy and restructuring matters, including case preparation, court filings, and client communication.Conduct legal research and draft various legal documents such as motions, briefs, and pleadings.Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide support during negotiations and court proceedings.Analyze financial documents, contracts, and other relevant materials to support client representation.Attend hearings, meetings, and other case-related events as necessary.Maintain organized case files and documentation to ensure compliance with firm and court standards.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Delaware State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.2-4 years of experience in bankruptcy and restructuring law at a reputable law firm or relevant legal environment.Strong understanding of bankruptcy and restructuring laws, procedures, and best practices.Exceptional writing, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, ethics, and client service excellence.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Delaware State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.Skills:Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.Excellent writing and drafting abilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
