The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience at a large law firm or well-regarded boutique, assisting with civil and criminal litigation, government investigations, and SEC enforcement cases.Duties:Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.Assist in all civil and criminal litigation aspects, including case preparation, discovery, and trial support.Collaborate with partners and senior associates on case strategy and client counseling.Analyze complex legal issues and provide strategic advice to clients.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.Requirements:2-4 years of experience at a large law firm or well-regarded boutique.Excellent academic credentials.New York Bar admission is required.Federal or state judicial clerkship and/or prior government/regulatory/prosecutorial experience is preferred.Strong interpersonal skills, analytical ability, research, and writing skills.Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the New York Bar.Skills:Excellent interpersonal skills.Strong analytical ability.Proficiency in legal research and writing.Organizational and time management skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Familiarity with civil and criminal litigation procedures.
