The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, proficiency in client interaction, and admission to practice in the State of Florida.Duties:Handle commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financings.Conduct due diligence, draft and negotiate agreements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding real estate matters.Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex transactions.Managed client relationships and communicated effectively with clients throughout the transaction process.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar of Florida.3-5 years of experience working on commercial real estate transactions.Excellent academic record.Certifications:Admission to the State Bar of Florida.Skills:Strong understanding of real estate law and transactions.Proficiency in drafting and negotiating legal documents.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
