Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field of study. Two (2) years related experience as a CFO or related occupation. Experience is required and must include the following: Monitoring tax, financial, audit and accounting compliance of a company with business transactions in different jurisdictions; Developing and maintaining a companys recording systems to keep accurate accounting and tax records to assist business owners to get a clear assessment value of the companys assets, liabilities, and equity of the company; Preparation and maintenance of consolidated budgets across companies in different international jurisdictions and performed analysis and control to explain and correct deviations; and Completing external operational and financial audits to assess proper market valuations of different investments.
