The candidate will have the opportunity to work on venture capital financings and acquisitions, private equity investments that leverage broadband and renewable energy subsidies, development and acquisition of fiber/cellular and renewable energy assets, energy and communications agreements for Fortune 100 companies, and a range of corporate and commercial transactions. Experience or interest in commercial and technology transactions or project development and finance is also relevant. This Washington firm is doing high-level telecommunications, Internet, and other technology work for some heavy-hitting clientele. The firm is a respected player in it particular arena, but it approaches every client utilizing the personal style and hands-on attitude inherent in a small firm. Associates are quite happy there, too, feeling somewhat as if they are members of a secret club, and they'd be happy to have it stay that way. And what does the 'club' have to offer?
