Machine / Laser Operator - 2nd Shift Details: Located in: Lake City, MNStarting at: $20.00 per hour Shift Differential: $2.00 per hourShift Details: 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM (Core Hours) 4 x 10 Schedule (Monday - Thursday)OT as needed on FridaysFull Time / Direct Hire Benefits of Working for HHT: Benefits that start Day 1: Health Care: full medical, dental, and visionPaid Time Off: 128 hours (prorated from start date)8 Paid Holidays 401k with company matchAccess to Earnings On a Daily BasisProfit Sharing - Quarterly (Eligible after 1 year of service)Tuition Reimbursement (Eligible after 6 months of service)$10,000 Adoption / Surrogacy Reimbursement (Eligible after 1 year of service) Machine Tech Duties & Responsibilities:--- Operating fiber optic lasers to cut thin-gauge sheet metalShake-out & staging of parts Physically shakes or picks parts out of sheet metal skeletonUtilizing a forklift to: Load material & off-load cut parts Empty scrap dumpsters into large take-a-way hopperTroubleshooting machine alarmsRequirements:--- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
