We value flexibility, comfort with ambiguity, and a positive get-things-done attitude. Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Technical Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing key accounts, overseeing projects, and fostering strong customer relationships. Familiarity with voice and messaging technologies, particularly SIP and IMS, is highly valued. This position is primarily remote, but ideally, the candidate would have a primary residence in Seattle, Washington area. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary liaison for key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate resource allocation and task prioritization across project teams. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns. Offer technical guidance and support to clients on voice and messaging technologies, including SIP. Continuously improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications: 3yr+ experience in technical program management within the telecommunications sector, ideally within or interfacing with Tier 1 telco carriers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships. Proficient project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively and proficiency with project management tools and software. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the aptitude to motivate and inspire teams. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions. Detail-oriented mindset, committed to delivering high-quality results. Ideal candidate is passionate about taking project ownership and marshalling resources in order to drive success PMP or equivalent project management certification is advantageous. Knowledge of voice and messaging technologies. Salary range for this full-time role is $80,000-$100,000/yr, depending on experience.
