Bone-A-Fide Pet Care has immediate openings for extraordinary dog loving people for Part-Time dog walking! We hate to call it a job because what we do is so much fun and very rewarding! While we take the care of pets seriously, it is a fun way to earn extra part-time income. We take great pride in providing excellence in pet care over the last 18 years with five star reviews for our pet sitting and dog walking service! If you are an enthusiastic and avid lover of dogs, like to be outdoors, get in some exercise and earn great side income, this job may be for you! Our Openings: We have immediate PART-TIME openings in the 27612 and 27613 zip codes for exceptional dog walkers! We are accepting applicants with the following availability: Must live in one of these zip codes: 27609, 27612, 27613, or parts of 27614 and 27615 near Creedmoor Road and the 540. Walks occur Monday-Friday typically between 10:30am-2:30pm, though times can vary on occasions. We have immediate work available! What we do: Take dogs out for a walk with most being 30 minutes. Some clients want them to play in the yard. Ensure safety of pets at all times. Proper pet waste pick up and disposal. Refresh water. Give a treat and/or feed meal if requested. Give lots of love and get plenty of happy wags and woofs in return! What We Offer: Gross monthly income of $300-$800+ a month depending on your availability. Our hourly compensation is between $16-$22+ depending on the requirements of individual clients. Additional compensation is offered for holiday and evening pet care. Milestone compensation increases based on performance and longevity with our company. Company bonuses at company discretion. Tips when provided by clients Flexible schedule. Pick the days and times you are available on a consistent basis! Our Ideal Candidate: We are accepting applications from those living in the 27609, 27612, 27613, and parts of 27614 and 27615 near Creedmoor Road and the 540 in Raleigh. Typical of our industry, we are not able to make exceptions to the distance requirement. Recent experience with dogs, whether volunteer, professional, or with personal pets with a positive attitude and desire to learn. Comfortable with dogs of all sizes. Extremely reliable (pets are depending on you!), honest to a fault, trustworthy, and compassionate with a strong work ethic and genuine love and concern for animal well-being. Excellent time management skills for on time visit arrivals and detail-oriented to precisely follow client instructions. Have a natural drive to go the extra mile and provide first-class service. Be 21 yrs or older Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and current auto insurance. Must have a smart phone to use our pet sitting app. We use this to check in/out of visits and send clients fun visit notes and pics of our time with their pets. Must be able to pass a criminal background and DMV check. Able to make a minimum 9-12 month commitment. Having a good sense of humor always a plus! This is an ideal situation for stay at home moms, semi or full time retirees, free lancers, remote workers, self-employed, have gigs like Door Dash, Uber, Grubhub, Lyft and the like, college students, nurses, CNA's, vet tech and vet assistants, teachers available for spring and summer break and major holidays.
