We are looking for an experienced HVAC service manager to lead our team of technicians. Our growing business needs someone with a strong understanding of HVAC systems who is able to diagnose and repair problems quickly and efficiently. They will also be able to manage a team and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards. Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in HVAC service and installation, with previous experience managing people highly desired. Responsibilities: • Conduct regular inspections to assess the performance and safety of HVAC systems, recommending repairs or upgrades as necessary• Supervise a group of HVAC workers to guarantee timely and effective servicing, maintenance, and installation• Coordinate with clients to understand their HVAC system needs and provide appropriate solutions• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair regulations• Handle training initiatives for technicians through needs assessment, content development, and delivery Qualifications: • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required• Exhibit excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities• 3 years or more of experience in the HVAC industry, ideally with some in a management role• High school diploma is mandatory; a bachelor’s degree is preferred• Must have a strong focus on putting the clients first with exceptional customer service experience Compensation: $22 - $40 DOE About Company: Benefits: 401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insuranceTuition reimbursementVision insurance
