Luminator is seeking to fill our full-time Manager of Talent Acquisition role to join our growing and dynamic Human Resources team where you will be an integral part of the team by providing valuable input as we work toward assessing and implementing goals and mission of the department and Luminator. This pivotal position spearheads the development and execution of strategic recruitment initiatives. The Talent Acquisition Manager is instrumental in sourcing exceptional talent, guiding U.S. recruitment teams, and formulating optimal practices for candidate sourcing, evaluation, and integration. A key aspect of this role involves aligning recruitment practices with the organization's broad business goals and synchronizing efforts with the global Talent Acquisition team to ensure the recruitment of ideal candidates that align with organizational needs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. Direct recruitment strategy, overseeing operations and execution across different regions and business units. This involves close collaboration with Business Leaders, Hiring Managers, Human Resources Business Partners, and other key stakeholders to align recruitment with broader people and growth strategies. Utilize data, industry insights, and expertise to identify, attract, and recruit top-notch and diverse talent, shaping long-term hiring strategies. Provide market intelligence and conduct industry research to enhance our competitive standing in global talent markets. Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure efficient outcomes and maintain excellent candidate experiences through agency partnerships. Act as a strategic advisor to clients and internal partners in shaping ongoing hiring, operational, and retention strategies. Collaborate with other Talent Acquisition team members to harmonize operating models, address team-wide challenges and projects, and foster unity and cooperation across teams. Develop and implement a diverse hiring strategy that supports key business objectives, serving as an expert in Diversity and Inclusion. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Work Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-lifecycle talent acquisition and at least 3 years of experience manager or leading a Talent Acquisition Team. Technology Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with applicant tracking and HR systems, with at least 3 years of managing and administration of them Skills and Abilities: Expertise in developing and executing recruiting strategies, including talent acquisition capacity planning, employer branding, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and quality control. Strong business acumen with a proven ability to align recruitment strategies with business priorities. Broad knowledge of recruiting technology and trends with an Innovative mindset and insatiable curiosity for exploring novel recruitment techniques. Robust analytical skills, capable of creating, measuring, and scaling impactful recruitment metrics. Proven track record of collaboration with cross-functional HR teams, enhancing all facets of the recruitment team from onboarding experiences and compensation & benefits competitiveness to Talent Acquisition Operations, Organizational Culture, and Talent Management. Experience in leading teams of 5 or more Talent Acquisition professionals, including sourcing and coordination staff, in a multi-regional, hybrid workforce environment. Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state, and local employment regulations Demonstrated ability to strategize and influence leadership at all levels to achieve successful hiring outcomes. Deep understanding of diversity and inclusion principles and the ability to effectively implement them in recruitment strategies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Mastery in becoming a company brand ambassador and adept at building internal and external networks engaged with our company's job openings. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in managing multiple tasks and priorities. Other Requirements: Designations such as RPR, PHR, CHRP, AIRS, or LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter a plus LOCATION: Plano is a city in the state of Texas, just north of downtown Dallas. It is a hub for many corporate headquarters and has been rated by Forbes as the safest city in 2011. Plano has many visitors, 80% of which are business travelers. The Preston Road area is home to major corporate headquarters of Fortune 1000 companies which have brought thousands of jobs to the area. Plano has two major space reserves: Arbor Hills Nature Preserve (200 acres) and Oak Point Park & Nature Preserve (800 acres). Bob Woodruff Park and Oak Point Park are connected by biking trails providing an abundance of outdoor recreation for families in Plano. These parks also include activities such as zip lining and Tarzan swings. They have five recreation centers that feature pools, dog parks, and amphitheaters for entertainment. This represents 84 parks. They feature an annual balloon festival every September that draws thousands. Collin College has two campuses in Plano. Southern Methodist University (SMU) and Dallas Baptist University also have campuses in Plano. There are 70 public schools and 16 private schools. Many graduate as National Merit Scholars. Plano is served by the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART). They provide commuter services via bus and light rail systems. The system is used by 1% of the population. As far as arts, culture, and entertainment, Plano is home to over 700 restaurants. There is a thriving downtown scene that is rated in the top ten within the country. This includes new office spaces as well as major retail establishments.
