Are you a skilled Electrical Foreman looking for an exciting opportunity? Monad, a prominent provider of heat trace and insulation solutions, is expanding its team and seeking a dedicated Working Electrical Foreman for a full-time position. Join us and play a pivotal role in our success, enjoying competitive pay and a stimulating work environment. Location : Colorado, Wyoming (Primarily Wyoming). Salary: $43-$50/hr with $120 per diem days worked. Qualifications: Current Journeyman's license in Wyoming or Colorado or be willing to reciprocate. Ability to develop a bill of materials and manage material stock. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. Be willing to travel 75% of the time. Adept in maintaining thorough and accurate records through the utilization of an app-based system, a fundamental requirement for the position. Duties to include, but are not limited to: Plan new or modified installations to minimize waste of materials, provide access for future maintenance, and avoid unsightly, hazardous, and unreliable wiring, consistent with specifications, industry standards, and local/ national codes. Abide by NEC codes and regulations. Measures, cuts, bends, threads, assembles, and installs electrical conduit and cable. Connects wiring to industrial devices and power equipment. Tests continuity of circuit to ensure electrical compatibility and safety of components. Repairs faulty equipment or systems. Ability to manage small crews of apprentices. Safety Qualifications/Certifications: OSHA 10 hours or greater - required. MSHA - encouraged. PEC Safeland - required. Forklift and aerial lift equipment certifications - required. Pre-Employment: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening along with random testing administered quarterly. Potential employees must be insurable and hold a valid drivers license with experience towing trailers.
