3rd Shift11:30 pm-7:30 am$26-$29/HR Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience: 1-2 years of previous management or plastics experience preferred. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, the following: A. Supervising operators, material handlers, set-up personnel, assemblers, and inspectors.B. Serving as an internal ISO auditor. Common tasks include, but are not limited to, the following: Manufacturinga. Supervising and training all employees between 11:30 pm and 7:30 amb. Maintaining production and quality with minimal loss or downtimec. Documenting any changes to processesd. Completing proper forms for corresponding taskse. Completing cycle sheets for all production jobsf. Communicating with other supervisors and documenting your shift's performanceg. Seeking improvements to current processesh. Maintaining a clean and safe working environmenti. Understanding and complying with all quality and customer requirementsj. Respond to quality non-conformances promptlyk. Enforce and respect company rules and policies at all times Miscellaneousa. Keeping mold rack in proper orderb. Maintaining the colorant racksc. Maintaining all granulatorsd. Checking all equipment for proper operation of safety switches and guardse. Supervising all employees to practice safe work habitsf. Maintaining air compressors ISO Auditsa. Following proper proceduresb. Documenting all necessary items by proceduresc. Completing an auditor's checklist Employees should also understand that there will be meetings they need to attend and additional duties to be performed as assigned
