Educational Administrator (Job ID#: EA0311) sought by Kiddosland Child Development Center Inc in Braintree, MA: Plan, implmt, & document successful educational, recreation, leadership, community service & arts activities w/ children; Build a positive relationship w/ children, & foster positive connections btwn staff & families; Maintain & enforce progressive discipline policy; Assist in enrollment, recording & submitting daily attendance records, & any other reqd docs to the Administrative Director; Inspect classroom at the beginning of each session & at the end of each session & providing the Administrative Director w/ a daily room check in log; Maintain the daily operations of the classrooms; Assist staff in implmtn of developmentally appropriate curriculum in both English & Chinese, & ensure the Center meets all stds set by the State; Communicate w/ staff & families about the policies & procedures of the prgm; Dvlp effective ESL plan for kindergarten & school age students to help them success in school.
