Innovative biotechnology company seeks an experienced Research Associate to join the Analytical Characterization unit. Perform High Performance Liquid Chromatography, Size Exclusion Chromatography, Ion Exchange Chromatography, Reversed Phase Chromatography, ELISA, Capillary Electrophoresis (icIEF, CE-SDS), Mass Spectrometry (intact mass and peptide mapping) and Liquid Chromatography - Mass spectrometry based methods for structural and physicochemical characterization of peptide and protein conjugates. Activities: *** Develop and perform analytical characterization test methods suitable to support in-process, drug substance, and drug product testing. *** Provide analytical support for protein synthesis and conjugation process development activities. *** Assist with development and qualification of analytical methods for product quality and stability assessments. Experience Sought: *** Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences or similar field. *** Protein Synthesis, Analytical Method Development, Characterization, or similar experience.
