Job Duties: Recruit, hire, train and manage professional fundraisers for multiple non-profit organizational accounts. Train and promote key staff to manage and expand teams. Create progression template for staff to reach goals and expand career potential. Communicate with clients and staff to maintain charity brand identity. Develop and implement marketing strategies for each program in new territories. Oversee compensation and put in place motivational sales targets. Deliver results to grow clients ROI and expand Globalfaces US across the United States. Coordinate sales training to develop American sales teams. Requirements: 12 months experience as a Fundraising Consultant, Fundraising Manager, or related 1 year experience must be in professional fundraising management 1 year experience in CRM technology, sales, and recruiting. Experience may be gained concurrently.Your Education High school diploma
