During a Typical Day, Youll Answer incoming communications from customersConduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issuesWhat You Bring to the Role 6 months or more of customer services experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentRecognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledgeGreat written and verbal communication skills in Russian-EnglishComputer experienceHigh speed internet connection (>25mbps).
