Description:

Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field. Five (5) years of experience as a Research Engineer, Wireless Systems Engineer or related occupation. Alternate Education and Experience: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field. Three (3) years of experience as a Research Engineer, Wireless Systems Engineer or related occupation. Must have experience with: Systems design, development and optimization of wireless networks; one of the specifications of Wi-Fi standards (IEEE 802.11ax or cellular radio access technologies LTE); analysis and implementation of wireless PHY or MAC layers in simulation tools (C++, MATLAB or Python); characterization and optimization of data traffic profiles such as TCP or UD Pover wireless networks; validation and optimization of wireless hardware, and software platforms in the lab; and cellular/LTE/5G or Wi-Fi/802.11. Salary: $235,851 per year
