Essential Responsibilities : Answer phones Data entry Printing, scanning and mailing Tracking documents sent out for service Qualifications: Bilingual in English and Spanish, preferred Detail-oriented Ability to multi-task Strong work ethic, positive attitude and self-motivated High School diploma or equivalent Extremely organized and professional Customer service attitude Works well independently with minimum supervision Proficiency with Microsoft Office Must be 18 years of age or older.
