JOB SUMMARY: Financial Advisor We are looking for a full time remote (Pennsylvania) Financial Advisor to join our growing team! For nearly 50 years, MP's client and their partner firm has offered a unique selling structure which includes a low-key consultative sales approach. We are currently seeking licensed financial advisors in multiple areas of Pennsylvania due to rapid business growth. Our market niche focuses on a stable and consistent target market segment, offering protected territories giving you places to go and people to see, eliminating the need for cold calling. Our Advisors spend their time building relationships with centers of influence, presenting to large groups of potential clients, and meeting individuals one-on-one to jointly discuss wealth management and financial and retirement planning process. In addition, we often provide existing clients with a chance to help new advisors get started. One of the biggest challenges often expressed in this industry is the lack of qualified leads and how time-consuming it is to conduct cold marketing efforts. Our sales model eliminates that aspect and enables advisors to navigate a successful career by utilizing their networking, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Try an endorsed market niche where people really want and need to see you. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS: Education: Bachelors degree preferred Experience: 2+ years financial service experience. Certifications/Licensure: FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63, 65, or 66 - must have clean FINRA PA Life & Health Insurance License or willing to obtain them within 6 months of employment. The business was formed in 2008 and today serves over three million participants nationally in the K-12, Corporate and Government markets. Marketing support that helps with the coordination of financial presentations, seminars, and client appreciation events. Affinity prospecting through relationships within the markets served, facilitating effective lead generation. Comprehensive and ongoing training and development, including support with systems, processes, products, and other aspects of the position. Strategic business planning with the Sales Management Team based on the individual advisor and geographical territory. Initial Licensing Fees & E&O Insurance paid for by our client. Client Service Support Center with a designated Client Service Representative for assistance with various client service functions. MORE INFORMATION: Compensation Expectations: $50k base salary + Commission. Commission Breakdown: On average the first-year commission is around $10k, year 2 is around $25k, year 3 is around $50k per year and year 4 is around $100k per year. Location: This is a fully remote position! However, due to the territory covered we are only looking for candidates who reside in the state of Pennsylvania.
