ZogSports is America's most popular adult social sports community, with operations in New York, New Jersey, DC, Los Angeles, San Francisco and San Jose. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES As a Field Manager, you will assist the ZogSports Operations team with the execution of our on-site operations, help facilitate and train new hires regarding facility procedures, and help maintain healthy relationships with facility partners. We're looking for fun, team players who are reliable and organized, communicate effectively, care about their work, take ownership and strive for continuous improvement. Are you: At least 18 years old? Available to consistently work 3 shifts during weeknights and/or weekends? Passionate about sports? Strong in communication and problem-solving skills? Fun, outgoing and social? Do you want to: Be an ambassador for ZogSports, promoting a fun and social experience at every game? Manage on-site logistics? Help improve the quality of all ZogSports activities? If you answered "YES" you may be ready to join the TEAM! MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Drop off, set up, break down and lock up equipment (may involve heavy lifting) Train new field team on facility details and equipment setup/breakdown Evaluate, maintain, and report on equipment inventory for new and existing facilities and leagues Identify issues with league operation and provide solutions Communicate consistently with full-time staff and Elevated Field Team members Develop and maintain relationship with facility staff Represent the ZogSports brand KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Effective communicator Detail oriented Resourceful, good at solving problems and critical thinking Reliable, Organized, Team Player attitude Takes initiative Ownership over duties
