Fine Dining Service Manager Salary: 90,000 + benefits + tons of staff perks Location: Black Hawk, CO I am excited to have teamed up with a resort that is expanding their team. Due to exciting growth, they are seeking an experienced Fine Dining Service Manager to join their team and infuse it with their new ideas Responsibilities: Operate the restaurant in accordance with the Resorts mission statement Monitor the operation of the restaurant to ensure compliance with all standards and procedures established by the Food and Beverage Director as well as company and county health and regulatory standards and procedures Know, understand, follow, and enforce all company and departmental policies and procedures Create new ideas and implement these ideas Readily identify and implement more efficient methods of operation Know, understand, follow, and enforce all company and departmental policies and procedures Proficiently operate POS systems, Stratton:Warren inventory system, as well as office computer systems including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc Understand financial reports and apply the information in a timely and practical fashion to improve the operation Qualifications: 3 to 5 years high volume restaurant supervision or management experience preferred Ability to obtain an Alcohol Awareness Certificate Ability to obtain a Food Safety Certification Professional appearance in dress and manner Knowledge of beer, wine, and alcohol Good interpersonal communication skills Interested?
