MONDAY - FRIDAY SHIFTS AVAILABLE!!!Majority of routes include Lift Gate Deliveries using Pallet jacksOur local CDL A Delivery Drivers in this area make over 100K and are guaranteed an hourly rate of no less than $30/hrWhy drive for Shamrock?At Shamrock Foods Company we take care of our associates. Drivers will make at least $30/hr and with our incentive pay our best drivers make substantially more.Fleet: New and well-maintained automatic vehiclesBenefits: Free & low-cost healthcare benefits, 401(k) Savings Plan with company match, Healthcare Savings Account (HSA) with company contribution, Profit Sharing, Tuition Reimbursement and much more!Paid Time OffCareer Opportunities: Dedicated management team in helping you grow your careerThis position is responsible for driving trucks over established route to safely and efficiently deliver products and render services.Essential Duties:Loading and/or unloading products at various locations primarily within a specific geographic territory and will usually be completed within that shift.Delivering such items as perishable foods, table top items, special equipment and frozen foods.Informing customers of new products or services and issues sales promotion materials and resolving customer complaintsRecording information on daily sales/delivery record and obtaining customer signatures upon pickup/deliveryComplying with company policies and D.O.T. regulations.Performing other duties as assigned to meet business needsOther duties as assigned.Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED preferredMust be at least 21 years of age.Must have Commercial Driver s License (CDL) for tractor trailer operationMust have a good driving record for past 39 monthsOne or more years of tractor trailer/route delivery experienceMust be available to work with the demands of the department which are subject to overnight shifts, weekends, and holidaysPhysical Demands:Regularly standing and walkingReaching with hands and arms to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.Sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawlingRegularly lifting and/or moving up to 100 poundsFrequently lifting and/or moving up to 50 poundsOccasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.Visual Requirements:Close, distance, color and peripheral visionDepth perceptionAbility to adjust focusCorporate SummaryAt Shamrock Foods Company, people come first our associates, our customers, and the families we serve across the nation.
