Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems sector has an immediate need for an International Trade Compliance Analyst (Level 2) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Sector Compliance in the Global Trade Compliance (GTC) organization. This position will require the ability to work on-site in Melbourne, FL, or Redondo Beach, CA. Key Responsibilities: Create monthly reports on export metrics and statistics. Review and approve international travel and foreign visit requests. Assist in updating, development and implementation of trade compliance policies and procedures. Assist in conducting audits and assessments, analyzing findings and creation of reports identifying opportunities for improvement, and recommended actions, and provide follow up on corrective actions with staff and internal customers. Assist in investigations of potential compliance violations and support implementation of corrective actions. Assist with the implementation of export/import automated solutions and upgrades, which may include participating in testing. Assist in training on processes and automated tools to export staff and internal customers. Assist in providing IT support for export / import transactions in OCR/EASE, SAP/GTS and other IT systems, as applicable. Participate in sector and corporate-wide special projects and working groups, as assigned. Basic Qualifications for International Trade Compliance Analyst (Level 2): Will consider one of the following: High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 7 years of Trade Compliance, Contracts, and/or Legal Experience Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of Trade Compliance, Contracts, and/or Legal experience Master's degree with a minimum of 1 plus years of Trade Compliance, Contracts, and/or Legal experience Attention to detail. Strong commitment to integrity and professionalism. Strong ability to work independently as well as with teams. Knowledge of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and experience assessing the applicability of ITAR exemptions and EAR exceptions. Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance Must be able to travel as needed (up to 10% of the time) Preferred Qualifications/Skills: Aerospace or Defense Industry Experience. Proficient in the use of the OCR EASE Software. Proficient in the use of SAP/GTS. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office or equivalent products. Experience providing training in person or via virtual methods. Familiarity with Northrop Grumman processes, tools and business. Demonstrated highly collaborative work style, success in resolving difficult situations and effective communication with all levels of stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to exercise leadership, self-initiative, and sound judgment. Salary ranges will be dependent upon where the position is based and follows our company geographic salary bands aligned with position. Specific salary offer for candidate selected will be commensurate with experience. Salary Range: $62,200 - $108,100The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
