The ideal candidate will have experience in Colorado water-related matters, including water court proceedings and water rights transactions. This position offers an opportunity to work on challenging and impactful legal matters related to water law. Duties:Assist in handling Colorado water-related matters, including water court proceedings and water rights transactions.Conduct legal research and analysis on water law issues.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements related to water rights.Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and hearings related to water rights and water-related disputes.Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on water law matters. Requirements:Proven interest in Colorado water law.4-8 years of legal experience.Experience in Colorado water-related matters, including water court proceedings and water rights transactions. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the Colorado Bar. Skills:Strong interest in and understanding of Colorado water law.Excellent legal research and writing skills.Experience in water court proceedings and transactions.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Strong communication and negotiation skills.
