Seeking a Service Technician with repair facility experience for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Apopka, FL.This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental, Life insurance, and 401k! Salary is between $18.00-$30.00/per year (based on experience)In this role you will be servicing and repairing Dry Van trailers, Dump Trailers, Flatbed Trailers, Reefer Trailers, and more! Responsibilities: Meet and maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform maintenance on trailers Perform PM inspections and make necessary repairs on trailers Troubleshoot ABS system and repair as needed Disc and drum brake repairs on semi-trailers Electrical work on lights and systems Welding and light fabrication skills Roll door repairs Support and help shop foreman and team members Other duties as directed Qualifications: Preferable own tools and tool box or be willing to purchase Keep an organized and clean work area Prompt and reliable employee 1-2-year mechanic experience preferred but not required Effective communicator and team player Physical activities include: walking, being able to lift more than 20 lbs., twisting, turning, and climbing ladders Able to pass a drug test If you are interested in learning more about this role, please submit your resume for immediate consideration!INDHPowered by JazzHR
