The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of antitrust litigation experience and substantive knowledge of antitrust law.Duties:Conduct legal research on antitrust issues and prepare memorandaDraft pleadings, motions, and other legal documentsAssist with discovery, including document review and deposition preparationParticipate in court hearings, trials, and other proceedingsCollaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and client communicationManage caseload and prioritize tasks effectivelyRequirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the California State Bar (or eligibility for admission)3-5 years of experience practicing antitrust litigationStrong understanding of antitrust laws, regulations, and proceduresExcellent legal writing and research skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExceptional attention to detail and organizational abilitiesEducation:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolCertifications:Admission to the California State Bar (or eligibility for admission)Skills:Substantive knowledge of antitrust lawStrong legal research and writing skillsProficiency in drafting legal documents and pleadingsAbility to analyze complex legal issues and provide strategic adviceEffective communication and interpersonal skillsTime management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently The opportunities for success await you at the preeminent San Diego branch of this firm with multiple offices around the USA, the U.K. and beyond.
