Our real estate team is growing, and we’re looking for a real estate recruiter to help us find the right people for our team! You’ll be responsible for engaging potential new team members, vetting the candidates to make sure they are qualified, and narrowing down to candidates who are best suited for our culture. Responsibilities: • Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry• Recruit entry-level agents with high growth potential via cold calling, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication to round out our real estate sales team• Make sure all candidate files are properly stored and managed to assure privacy and keep information readily available• Set up a process for vetting new candidates that is scalable and ensures each candidate meets our criteria• Oversee the steps in hiring, from interview scheduling, making recommendations on top talent and following up with those who are not selected Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job• Two years of work experience in real estate recruiting or inside sales • Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well• Experience with posting jobs on most well-known job boards• 4-year college degree required • Strong organizational skills and time management skills Compensation: 100000 - 120000 yearly About Company: ReBoost is a Nationwide network of Real Estate Agents, Coaches, ISAs, Loan Officers, and Marketing Professionals that work together to sell more homes and give our clients a world-class experience.
