The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a larger team, possess transferable skills from big law firm experience, and have a strong academic background from a nationally recognized school. The candidate must hold a JD degree and be licensed to practice in New York.Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis related to structured finance transactions, securitization, and collateralized loan obligations (CLOs).Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements pertinent to structured finance deals.Collaborate with clients, partners, and legal professionals to facilitate structured finance transactions.Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on matters about structured finance law and regulations.Assist in due diligence processes and document review for structured finance transactions.Requirements:4-6 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, and CLOs.Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team.Previous experience in a big law firm environment.Strong academic background from a nationally recognized school.Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Licensed to practice law in the state of New York.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the New York State Bar.Skills:Excellent legal research and analytical skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in drafting legal documents and agreements.Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
