Key Relationships North America Managers and ColleaguesFunctional Teams (e.g. Finance, HR, IT, Marketing & Innovation, Legal, M&A etc)HR Shared Services and PayrollCompensation and Benefits Job Summary The HRIS Analyst is responsible for day-to-day support and maintenance of Human Resource systems and other systems supported by the HRIS team. Serves as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.This role will serve as the liaison for all Tier 2 escalations, acquisition support. Key Performance Indicators Completion Rate and Achievement of SLAs Release supportHelp teams implement changes effectivelyCustomer Experience survey metricsYear over year customer experience review Principal Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. These include, but are not limited to the following:Provides production support, including researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results, or process flaws: performing scheduled activities: recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirementsPerforms system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing, and implementation of HRIS system upgrades or patches. Collaborates with HRIS team to coordinate application of enhancements or fixes.Maintain HRIS system tables: documents process and resultsCreate EIB and mass data change templates and processes Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to end usersPrepares ADHOC reports as requestedPerforms audits of HRIS to ensure consistent and accurate data. Ensure policy and process changes are updated within reports and HR file feeds.Communicates and builds partnerships with HR Shared Services to keep abreast of updates, issues, and case managementConducts training, including developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Trains end-users on new processes/functionalityMaintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing dataAssist with projects related to HRIS/Payroll/Time Tracking/Absence/Benefit systems CANDIDATE SUMMARY Required Experience At least 2 years' experience with ERP/HRIS system administration, maintenance, and reportingPrior experience implementing/adding new HRIS modules a plusExcellent analytical, technical skillsMust be detail-oriented and extremely organizedExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAble to manage data, reports, and information in a confidential manner at all times Required Leadership Traits and Characteristics Exceptional ability to gather and interpret data, as well as improve HRIS processesStrong attention to detail and executionAbility to collaborate, provide technical support, and train colleaguesChampions change, constant improvementExcellent communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skillsExceptional critical thinking ability with strong troubleshooting skills Proven data analysis skills and exceptional attention to detail Strong desire to learn and ability to think strategically, execute and collaborate Ability to work independently, prioritize activities, and self-manage focus and time Formal Education, Qualifications or Training Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience requiredWorking knowledge of HR systems and processes with a background implementing HR solutionsKnowledge of HR processes (from previous roles, - i.e., familiarity with employee life cycle transactions: new hire onboarding, leaves, employee benefits, terminations, etc.)Some experience with PeopleSoft, UKG UltiPro, Kronos Workforce Dimensions and interfacesThe physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential function to this job. Incumbent is required to have : Close visual acuity to perform detail-oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm's reach with skill, control, and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading. Incumbent will be subject to : Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
