We're seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Northmapton. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our client's banking products and services meet the ever-evolving needs of their customers. What you'll do: Collaborate with business leaders across various departments (lending, risk management, wealth management, etc. ) to understand their challenges and strategic goals. Translate complex business requirements into clear and concise high-level designs, working closely with development and IT teams. Own and refine these high-level designs, ensuring they are compliant with banking regulations, secure, and deliver a seamless user experience. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and regulatory bodies, fostering clear communication and alignment. Document technical and business requirements in a clear and concise manner specific to the banking domain. Participate in workshops and user interviews to gather valuable insights and feedback from customers and internal teams. Analyse data and industry trends to identify potential solutions for optimising banking processes and enhancing customer experience. To be successful, you will possess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in creating and owning high-level designs within the banking sector. Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation specific to banking regulations and workflows. Understanding of core banking principles and a desire to stay informed about industry trends. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
