The Mid-level to Senior Labor Relations Associate Attorney will join the firm's dynamic and long-established practice representing premier local and national employers. The role involves handling various aspects of labor law, including labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining, and union campaigns. Duties:Represent premier local and national employers in labor-related mattersHandle labor arbitrations and unfair labor practice chargesParticipate in collective bargaining negotiationsAssist with union campaigns and related activitiesProvide legal advice and counsel to clients on labor relations issuesConduct legal research and analysisDraft legal documents, including complaints, briefs, and memorandaCollaborate with partners, associates, and clients on case strategy and preparationCommunicate with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degreeLicensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of residenceOutstanding academic record preferred5+ years of labor law experienceExperience with labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining, and union campaignsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Skills:Labor law experienceLegal research and analysisDrafting legal documentsNegotiation skillsCommunication and interpersonal skillsCase strategy developmentClient communication
