Assess and qualify potential customers applying for our financial programs. Employ provided scripts and training to address objections and provide comprehensive information adeptly. Establish and accomplish goals, adhering to clear expectations and success measurements. Thrive in a dynamic environment, exhibiting effective time management. Collaborate seamlessly within a team environment, engaging in contests, prizes, and team events. Qualifications: Possess a minimum of 6 months of call center experience or high-volume call exposure (front desk, etc.). Ability to commute daily to the Irvine, CA office (Remote NOT available). Familiarity with requisite technology for lead handling and conversation documentation. Exhibit strong communication, organizational, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills. Minimum age of 18 years, with authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. · Curious about compensation? As an Intake Specialist, you'll receive a base of 18.00/hr + commission for each lead converted into a new customer.
