The School provides a variety of experiences and activities designed to encourage children to learn about themselves, their friends, and their surroundings. This is done in small and large group experiences, quiet times and active play, as well as indoor and outdoor activities Full-time Infant/Toddler Float WCS is seeking warm, nurturing Float Teacher to join our professional faculty. This is a 40 hour per week position with 8 hour shifts between 7:15 am and 5:45pm. Position Description: 40 hours/week Hours: Monday - Friday vary from 7:15am - 5:45pm, 8 hour shift Year-round position Work as part of a teaching team, alongside other qualified infant and toddler educators We staff one over the state required ratios in each of our classrooms Requirements: EEC qualified infant/toddler teacher Toddler teaching experience Associate/Bachelor's Degree or working towards degree Preferred: Early Childhood Education Degree Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree in related field Benefits: Medical and dental insurance Child care discounts 12 paid holidays Earned vacation and sick time CPR, first aid and other on-site trainings Tuition reimbursement Extensive professional development program FSA, 401K, and half-hour lunch break Competitive salary: $18 - $24/hr This position offers several benefits including medical and dental insurance, child care discounts, 12 paid holidays, earned vacation and sick time, CPR, First Aid and other on-site trainings, tuition reimbursement, an extensive professional development program, FSA, 401K and a paid half-hour lunch break.
