Spokane Falls Care in Spokane, WA is now hiring a full-time Maintenance Director! Come join our amazing team! Pay Range: Starting at $26-29/hr. Our goal is to provide the best possible care for our residents and instill a sense of confidence within the community. When a loved one comes to our skilled nursing facility, they will be well cared for, will feel heard, and will know that they matter. We strongly believe that the key to this is through our incredible staff! What you will do: This position is responsible for maintaining our physical plant and grounds to include preventive maintenance on all plant equipment, grounds and building repairs to ensure equipment is maintained in a safe and good operating order. Qualifications: Applicants should have good technical and mechanical skills and have experience in light carpentry and plumbing. Experience with maintaining HVAC systems are also preferred. Must be familiar with health care Life Safety codes and recordkeeping. This position is Monday through Friday and may include an occasional weekend or after hours calls. Hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
