Position Title: HVAC Service Coordinator Position Location: Virgin Islands St. Croix Position Type: Full-Time Industry Type: Commercial Service Position Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 Hourly Focus Areas: Hotel, Resort, Hospital Service A company with more than 54 years of mechanical construction and service experience has a full-time opening for an experienced HVAC Service Coordinator for their Virgin Islands branch. POSITION DUTIES: Coordinate, monitor, and improve service activities. Schedule service appointments. Dispatch service technicians as needed. Coordinate service technician field activities. Ensure customers are satisfied with the results. Other job duties as required as a service coordinator. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3 years of recent HVAC Service Coordinator experience. Minimum 7 years of experience in HVAC service. Must have experience in commercial HVAC service. Heavy experience with chillers and direct expansion (DX). Must be able to communicate effectively (Written/Verbal). Must be able to live and work in the Caribbean.
